Supply-Chain Integrity
FedMicro LLC emphasizes genuine products, reputable suppliers, product traceability, and responsible sourcing. We do not knowingly supply counterfeit, substituted, or misrepresented products.
Fair Competition
We support open and fair competition and do not participate in bid rigging, price fixing, market allocation, collusion, or other improper practices.
Confidentiality
Customer, supplier, contract, procurement-sensitive, and proprietary information must be protected and used only for legitimate and authorized business purposes.
Reporting Concerns
Customers, employees, suppliers, contractors, and other business partners may report suspected fraud, unethical conduct, conflicts of interest, improper payments, or compliance concerns to FedMicro LLC.
Reports will be reviewed appropriately, and retaliation against individuals raising legitimate concerns in good faith is not acceptable.
