FedMicro LLC primarily ships within the United States.

Certain orders may be subject to location restrictions, manufacturer limitations, export controls, sanctions requirements, government contract terms, or distributor shipping policies.

Delivery eligibility may vary by product and destination.

Available shipping methods may include:

Ground shipping
Expedited shipping
Next-day shipping
Second-day shipping
Freight or LTL shipping
Inside delivery
Lift-gate delivery

Package size

Shipping charges may be included in a quotation, calculated during checkout, invoiced separately, or determined after order review.

  1. FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping may be offered on selected products, orders, promotions, or contracts.

Unless specifically stated, free shipping should not be assumed to apply to all products or destinations.

Freight, oversized items, hazardous materials, special handling, expedited delivery, or remote destinations may be excluded.

  1. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any estimated shipping or delivery date is provided in good faith based on information available at the time of order.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless FedMicro LLC expressly agrees to a guaranteed delivery requirement in writing.

Delivery timing may be affected by:

Manufacturer delays

Carrier delays
Weather
Natural disasters
Government actions

Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

  1. GOVERNMENT DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Government and contractor orders may require specific delivery instructions, including:

Government facility access
Receiving hours
Appointment delivery
Dock requirements
Security procedures
Delivery documentation
Purchase order references
Contract numbers
Agency-specific labeling
DD Form or other documentation
Freight routing requirements

Customers are responsible for providing all required delivery instructions before shipment.

Failure to provide accurate delivery requirements may result in delays or additional charges.

  1. SHIPPING TO GOVERNMENT FACILITIES

Deliveries to federal, military, secure, controlled-access, or other government facilities may require additional coordination.

FedMicro LLC and its shipping partners may need information such as:

Receiving contact
Delivery hours
Facility access instructions
Building or dock information
Purchase order number
Contract number
Security procedures
Appointment requirements

Customers should provide this information when placing the order.

  1. DROP SHIPMENTS

Many technology products may be shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, or authorized suppliers.

As a result, a single order may arrive in multiple shipments from different locations.

Separate tracking numbers may be provided for individual shipments.

  1. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

FedMicro LLC may ship available products separately when part of an order is delayed or backordered.

Partial shipment procedures may depend on customer instructions, purchase order terms, contract requirements, and shipping costs.

Customers may request that an order ship complete where feasible.

  1. BACKORDERS

Products may occasionally become unavailable after an order or quotation due to inventory changes.

If a product is backordered, FedMicro LLC may:

Provide an updated estimated availability date
Offer to ship available items separately
Suggest an alternative product
Request approval for a substitute
Allow cancellation where permitted

Substitute products will not be supplied without customer approval when approval is required.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will generally be provided when available.

Tracking may be sent by email or made available through the customer's account or order communication.

Tracking information may not become active until the carrier receives or processes the shipment.

  1. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that an authorized person can receive the shipment when necessary.

FedMicro LLC is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Additional charges caused by address corrections, refused shipments, redelivery, storage, or re-routing may be charged to the customer where appropriate.

  1. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt.

Check for:

Visible carton damage
Missing packages
Incorrect quantities
Incorrect products
Opened or damaged packaging

Contact FedMicro LLC promptly

Do not discard packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Carrier inspection may be required.

  1. LOST SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, customers should contact FedMicro LLC.

We will work with the applicable carrier, distributor, manufacturer, or supplier to investigate.

Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the investigation, applicable shipping terms, carrier determination, and contractual requirements.

  1. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If carrier tracking indicates that an order was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should promptly:

Check the delivery location
Check receiving departments
Check mailrooms or loading docks
Check with authorized personnel
Contact the carrier
Contact FedMicro LLC

FedMicro LLC may assist with an investigation, but final responsibility may depend on carrier records and applicable delivery terms.

Carrier re-routing or address-correction fees may apply.

For fraud prevention, certain address changes may require additional verification.

  1. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping may be available for eligible products.

Expedited shipping affects carrier transit time but does not necessarily reduce product processing, manufacturer lead time, compliance review, or order-verification time.

Customers with firm delivery deadlines should communicate the required delivery date before placing the order.

  1. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable contract, quotation, purchase order, or written agreement, title and risk of loss will transfer in accordance with the applicable shipping terms.

Government contract terms will control where different requirements apply.
